I’ve been the Operations Manager at RCI for two and half years. I have worked manufacturing management for 13 years and love continuous improvement and implementing lean processes especially in the offroad industry.

I’ve spent the majority of my life in Northern Colorado and spend my free time taking my son to/from sports, fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and of course wheeling. This truck is my 3rd Toyota and I chose the 4Runner because it’s spacious enough for me and my family, but still small enough to get through tight trails.
