Perfect fit, I used the lowest set of holes for my Warn EVO 10s. You might be able to use the next higher set of holes.
Heads up, get a set of fender washers if you are using Warn’s issued screws. I think they were for 10-32 screws, otherwise they are the exact size of the bracket’s holes.

Exactly how it appears. Well constructed, mounts easily and secures the winch solenoid allowing winch to mount on a hidden plate. Well done.
