Great customer service and an awesome product! One thing worth mentioning is the two rear bolt holes on the engine skid plate use existing threaded factory holes which have no bolts installed from the factory. I ended up having to chase the threads with a tap, due to the threads being exposed to the elements. Aside from that install was a snap.

I ordered on a Friday and got it the next Tuesday with no damage.
Fit was perfect and it replaced the 2 thin factory plates. It is very well built and sturdy.
Install took less then an hour but you will need someone to help hold it up until you get a few bolts in it. 🙂

Best customer experience I have ever had, REALLY. I procrastinated buying a nicer front skid plate until 2 weeks before a trip to Moab with my friends and I emailed RCI asking if there was any way I could get one before the trip (typical wait time 2-3 weeks). They responded within an hour and shipped me one that was sitting in the warehouse THE SAME DAY so I could have it for my trip. I know this won’t be the case all of the time and I lucked out, but it goes to show the lengths they go through for their customers! Will be buying more products from them soon!
