Another great product from RCI. Install is not difficult BUT cutting the oem plastics is nerve wracking. Ordered some black universal edge trim which covers the cut, the bumper itself also covers it so it doesn’t need to be perfect but it does need to be measured correctly. As long as you don’t cut it too short, you’ll never see it again after the bumper is on. I used a small reciprocating air saw. You’ll need a second set of hands to thread the bolts while someone holds the bumper, a second person also helps to get the oem plastic bumper back on but not 100% necessary, otherwise it’s a one person job. Plastic trim removal tools helped with taking the oem plastic bumper off, you can just barely see the clips holding it and release them while gently pulling, this felt safer compared to just pulling it off like I’ve seen in videos. No clips were broken. Biggest advice is take your time.

Buy with confidence. Came ingeniously packaged in a heavy cardboard box strapped to a plank of particle board encased in foam. Fedex couldn’t have hurt it if they tried lol. Powdercoat was pristine. Install went smoothly and I am very pleased with the final result. I did have to open up the light bar slots a tiny bit for my lightbar but I am sure it comes down to a model-specific issue. Otherwise, I am very happy. Kudos to RCI. Installed a Smittybilt X20 10k and this is exactly the insurance I need for my offroad excursions.
