I have the raw aluminum engine skid plate on my 18′ Frontier and have abused the crap out of it in Moab. I have been hung up on the skid plate several times and bashed it off of boulders with barely a scratch! This has been the best upgrade on the Frontier because it gives me the confidence off road knowing I won’t be left stranded with a busted oil pan. I plan on purchasing the rest for even more protection.
